Need to contact us?

At The Chantry School, we believe in addressing concerns promptly and fairly through clear communication and constructive dialogue. We encourage parents and carers to contact us at the earliest opportunity if they have any concerns about their child’s education or wellbeing.

Our first and preferred approach is to resolve matters informally through direct conversation with the relevant staff member – this could be your child’s Form Tutor, Head of Year, or subject teacher.

Most concerns can be resolved effectively at this stage, strengthening our partnership and ensuring your child’s needs are met. For matters requiring formal consideration, we have established procedures in place to ensure every concern is heard, investigated thoroughly, and addressed appropriately.

GCSE Results Day 2026: Press Release

Pupils from The Chantry School celebrate another strong year of GCSE results. 167 pupils took GCSEs this summer, and we are incredibly proud of their achievements.

We are proud to share with you some excellent headline figures: 70% of pupils achieved 5 GCES including English and maths at Grade 4 and above.

As always, there are many pupils who have attained very highly and many more who have achieved their ambitious target grades.

Thes results are testament to the pupils’ hard work. Throughout their GCSE course, they have been resilient and inspiring. I’d also like to recognise and thank their families’ support throughout their journey, and, of course, the whole staff at The Chantry for their consistent, unwavering kindness, care, and dedication for our young people which has played a vital role in their success. We wish them every success and happiness for their next chapter.
